Please read the Christ’s Church Uganda Statement of Faith and check the box below indicating that you have read and agree.

1.We teach the bible is holy scripture and consists of the 66 books of the old and new testament. The bible alone is the word of God verbally inspired by God complete, sufficient and only infallible rule of faith, life and practice for every believer.

2. The trinity we believe there is only one living and true God who is unchanging, self existent, infinite, holy and all knowing Spirit perfect in all His attribute. One in essence eternally existing as three distinct persons (father, son and Holy Spirt) Each equally deserving worship and obedience.

3.We believe that CHURCH is a community of men and women, free under Christ, following His orders when given and otherwise governing their own affairs.

4.We believe that the BIBLE is the divinely inspired Word of God given to us so that we may know and under- stand the truth of God and His love for us.

5.We believe the Lord’s Supper or COMMUNION is an ordinance initiated by Jesus to serve as a reminder of one’s identification with His death, burial, and resurrection.

6.We believe that Christian BAPTISM is the total immersion in water of a believer who has repented of sin and confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior.

7.We believe that JESUS CHRIST is the Son of God, the Messiah our Lord and Savior. He is co-equal with God.

8.Marriage is God-ordained. “The creator made them male and female, and said, “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh” (Matthew 19:4-5). Marriage is to be an exclusive relationship, a lifelong faithful union between a man and a woman. This relationship between a husband and wife should parallel the relationship between Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:23-30).

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to adhere to the statement of faith. *
