Roles of a Neighborhood Leader
  1. Facilitate Neighborhood Ministry Meetings: The leader is responsible for organizing and leading the Neighborhood Ministry meetings.

  2. Connect with Neighbors: The leader interacts with individuals in the neighborhood, fostering relationships and engaging in conversations about faith.

  3. Coordinate Neighborhood Activities: The leader organizes various events and activities within the neighborhood to serve and connect with residents.

  4. Support Church Services: The leader encourages neighborhood members to actively participate in church services and ensures they attend regularly.

  5. Provide Discipleship Support: The leader ensures that members have completed discipleship school and encourages their continued growth through attending church, participating in prayer meetings, and engaging in growth schools.

  6. Focus on Children and Teenagers: The leader ensures that children and teenagers attend church, participate in growth schools, and have their needs met through prayer and support.

  7. Support Young Adults and Adults: The leader encourages young adults and adults to attend church, engage in growth schools, and provides support in areas such as job skills and employment.

  8. Document and Record: The leader keeps a record of prayers, testimonies, and services conducted within the neighborhood.

  9. Fundraising and Resource Management: The leader may be involved in requesting funds to support group projects and maintains a meeting place for the Neighborhood Ministry.

  10. Team Management: The leader oversees a team of hosts who assist in facilitating meetings and supporting the activities of the Neighborhood Ministry.
